So, British Museum!
I guess I took a lot of pictures.
Pocket watches!
More museum pics
Pretty much I want to own this whole case. This watch is from 1650.
This one from 1580s, where can I get one?
There were so many. I wanted to take close ups of them all, but time constraint, so I ended up mopping up my drool, and then moving on.
Astronomical table clock, 1720s.
Early… clock… thing that I didn’t take a label of. But it’s in the clock room so, deduction 8D;;
More gold coins! These are not in the clock room.
These stamps are from the representative of the Roman gov who tested the purity of the gold, since gold leafing things was a common forgery practice.
Coin making in China!
I must have been in the coin room.
So uhm.
These are surgical instruments @.@
Those curvy bits? Catheters 0.0
I think this was like a “medicine” room or something.
I like this one because my reflection, I couldn’t get tall enough to make it look like I was wearing it though.
This armor is made out of crocodile skin! It’s a “parade” outfit though.
These are actually terracota, I don’t think they look it.
Loooooved this crown, so delicate with it’s little naked Eros.
That is an INSANE amount of detail for 250-200 BC.
Next up: More Egypt stuff!
